On arrival to the villa, as you walk through a lush tropical courtyard and into the main lounge area of this spectacular home you will be met with a breathtaking view of the Pacific ocean. An expansive designer kitchen allows you the choice of meals being prepared by your personal on-site cook or if you so choose preparing a scrumptious meal on your own. In addition the Villa comes equipped with its own wine cellar and bar area with ice machine, refridgerator and cocktail facilities.
The villa houses 3 suites with private bathrooms as well as 2 additional lavatories. All rooms contain Super king sized beds and a refreshing plunge pool compliments the master suite. If you are a keen sports person then why not give golf a try. Aroha is situtated right next door to the Rarotonga Golf Club. Alternatively if you would prefer to relax and enjoy the view, there is a Satelite TV with a large LCD screen and Bose surround sound system available for your entertainment.
The property has over 2000sq.ft of decking which surround the property which is great for hosting events such as wedding receptions.
