The property is spread out over acres of tropical gardens ranging from palms to bird of paradise. All rooms at the resort enjoy stunning views out towards Aitutakis world renowned lagoon. The best thing about this property is its absolute beachfront location.

There are three room types to choose from - The Beachfront Bungalows which are located right on the white sand beach offers studio accommodation with spacious bathroom and wide covered deck overlooking the beach and lagoon. The Beachfront Suites and Villas are located on top of black volcanic rocks with their own private pathways leading down to the beach. Each villa and suite are private and feature garden showers.

There are two restaurants and bars on site. The Rapae By Restaurant offers European cuisine infused with Polynesian flavours. The restaurant has been built around the historic black rocks that legend has was taken from Rarotonga to Aitutaki by ancestors, using a natural open air style giving a beautiful indoor/outdoor flow.

The Black Rock Cafe enjoys a more relaxed scene located next to the Infinity pool . Enjoy a cocktail or two at the Cafe situated outside whilst enjoying the hotels happy hour every night amongst the tropical setting under the stars.

The resort has a on site spa to relax the day away or else take home some island gifts from the Onsite souvenir store. The hotel also has WIFI internet access for its guests.
